Consultation Options for Out-of-Town Patients
Your consultation can be scheduled (A) at our facial plastic surgery practice in Franklin, TN, or (B) via phone. Either option enables both of us to identify the area(s) for rejuvenation, structural enhancements such as rhinoplasty, or facial implants, review all possible alternatives, and discuss the investment for your procedure(s). There is an initial consultation fee for your virtual visit scheduled for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Various financing options exist for our out-of-town clients.
If you select the phone option, we may ask you to email to us photos in advance of consultation of the area(s) that you wish to address to help us to have an accurate understanding of your needs and goals. We will also ask you to complete this consultation questionnaire in advance of your consultation.
Scheduling Your Procedure
Prior to scheduling, we may give you a list of tests to complete to ensure that you are as healthy as possible before your procedure. Much of this is dependent on your current health status and age, or with previous medical concerns. These will be discussed with you during your consultation.

Dr. Clymer prefers that our out-of-town patients arrive at least 1 to 2 days prior to surgery to allow him and his staff to meet with you and review any questions or concerns that you may have.

Recovery in Tennessee
During your consultation, we will confirm the length of recovery time that most out-of-town patients spend nearby and estimate when you can return home. Since each patient heals at their own pace, this does vary among individuals, and we will try to be as accurate as possible, knowing that some of our out-of-town patients will fly home and some will drive home, which affects timing. In general, most patients can travel within 5 to 7 days post-surgery, depending on the extent of the procedure(s).
