This patient was unhappy with looking “tired” – a common result of brow and eyelid heaviness, as well as sagging around the eyes. After undergoing an endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower eyelid lift, and a cheek lift, the patient had a restful – not startled or surprised – look with no visible incision marks.
