10% Tax Proposed on Plastic Surgery

Congress has been entertaining a variety of ways to pay for the Obama health plan. One idea proposed has been to place a 10% tax on cosmetic surgery procedures. This idea is, at best, discriminatory and, at worst, potentially dangerous for patients.
